Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Returns are at the buyer's expense and responsibility.

Only items that are undamaged, in perfect condition and returned in their undamaged original packaging will be accepted.

Excluded from exchange and return policy are:

- Cosmetics

After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price via the originally chosen payment method.

If the order value after a return is below CHF 120.00 (threshold for free shipping), the previously waived shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

This also applies to complete returns: In this case, the originally waived shipping costs will also be charged.
